Sleepy? Well, maybe. When I saw this I was reminded from a scene that I imagined while reading Fahrenheit 451 where the wife is always overdosing on pills but is revived every night by this machine with a lot of tubes that pumps her stomach. The husband doesn't even know how long it's been going on because he's kind of forgotten and doesn't care anymore.
