Yes, Mush Man is in a tough spot and appears to be going through the motions of squeezing the Charmin if nothing else.
Since I tend to question info involving a Mid-East country where the Bush Admin has a certain degree of control and Osama is thrown into the stew, I hesitated to post that one, but I liked the Mr. Whipple reference.
